Spiral Bevel Gear

Spiral bevel gears are widely applied in reduction assemblies of trucks, tractors and many other agricultural machineries. Spiral bevel gears can be treated as bevel gears with curved teeth, and it is more efficient than straight bevel gears. And spiral bevel gears are more difficult to produce, which makes its cost higher than straight bevel gears. Nowadays, milling and grinding are mostly applied in the processing of spiral bevel gears, and precision forging is also developed successfully in many factories, but mostly are for small module gears.
