Offroad Differential Gear

Bevel gears are gears applied with a 90°shaft angle. Bevel gears are commonly applied in many kinds of transmission fields, such as truck axle differential, industrial gear reducer, agricultural machinery, construction machinery, etc. Straight bevel gear is a kind of bevel gear with straight tooth, and can be manufactured through teeth shaping or precision forging.

In our plant, we are applying precision forging, cold extrusion, and also teeth shaping in the production of straight bevel gears, according to different quantities and precision grade requirements.

And for straight bevel gears, we can supply:

1. Material: 20CrMnTi, 42CrMo, Stainless Steel, Brass, Plastic, Nylon, Aluminium, etc.
2. Moudle:M1.5-M10; Max O.D.: 200mm.
3. Surface Treatment: Phophatizing, Galvanizing, Black oxide, Sand-blasting or as your requirements.
4. Heat treatment: Hardening and Tempering, Induction Hardening, Carburizing& Quenching, Nitriding, Normalizing.
5. Gears can be manufactured according to clients' drawings and specifications.
6. Gears precision grade can be reached to DIN8.
